RESTORE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY, UGANDA, AFRICA

FCS is partnering with Bob Goff, author of Love Does, and Restore International Ministries' ENGAGE project by sponsoring thirteen students, one for each grade at FCS,  at Restore Leadership Academy in Uganda. This is a direct way our students can see what love does. Each FCS grade will not only be financially supporting ($1.00 per day) a student in Uganda each month but will also be communicating as pen pals, on Skype and through other ways they may initiate. This cultural and educational exchange, we hope, will be a "wholehearted involvement" between FCS and the kids in Uganda. Go to http://www.restoreinternational.org/engage for more specifics on this ministry.

MERRY CHRISTMAS, FCS MOMS
We have negotiated a new food service. After the holidays, beginning January 7, 2013, WT Cafe will provide lunch for our students.  They will be on campus at the Winter Light Christmas Concert, December 10,  to provide a tasting and more information. Do not miss this opportunity to hear some beautiful music and to taste some delicious food.

WINTERFEST
Thursday and Friday, January 3 and 4 our K-11th grade students will experience FCS' annual spiritual emphasis week. While the senior class attends Passion 2013 at the Georgia Dome, the rest of our students will be led in a variety of activities by Shay Robbins from Camp Kanakuk keeping with our theme this year, ACTION. The Chris Coleman Band will be leading worship. Spiritual development is the cornerstone of FCS and we have a great opportunity to start 2013 on track with Christ as the center.
