Well on our way to the goal of 90% PP!

Thank you, Fellowship! We have reached (and surpassed) 80% parent participation, and will now receive $1,000 from an anonymous donor for every additional percentage point! Which means for every 5 families that give FCS gets an additional $1000 donated to the Fellowship Fund. If you have already contributed - Thank you!! ARTFEST POSTPONED
Due to artist scheduling conflicts the Art Fest on the calendar for Saturday, April 27 has been postponed until next year. We will have the new date on the calendar in the near future.

EARLY ARRIVAL REMINDER
Please do not drop your child/children off at school before 7:30 am. Teachers are not scheduled to arrive before then and there is no one to monitor halls and entrances. We want your children to be safe, so no drop offs prior to 7:30 am. Thank you.
BUZZER DOOR ENTRANCE
Teachers now have swipe cards for our main entrance buzzer door. For school security and student safety, teachers have been instructed NOT to let anyone follow them into the building, even if they know the person. Even if you consider this an inconvenience, please, be respectful of the procedures and ring the buzzer. Thank you.

TERRA NOVA TESTING
April 15 through April 18. Please do not plan any appointments or trips during this time. Your child's presence at school for this test is imperative.

Hopefully, spring weather will be here soon. Now is a great time to think about spring flowers and landscaping with Pike Nurseries. Remind the cashier of our FCS account and a percentage of the proceeds will go towards our school's landscape project.

SUMMER BRIDGE ACTIVITY BOOKS
It's coming back! Orders will be completed online just like last year and will begin in mid-May and close mid-June. This is another optional program but one that saves time and makes back to school shopping easy. SUMMER BRIDGE ACTIVITY BOOKS
Our PTF is offering these books for only $14.95 now through April 25. Students who complete the assignments from these optional books (recommended by Mrs. Teston and the teachers) will receive special recognition with a week of dress down passes with NO expiration date and an ice cream party. This program is a PTF fundraiser. Books will be delivered before the end of the year. Order forms are available on the FCS website. Completed forms and a check made out to FCS should be turned in to your classroom teacher or the ES office by April 25.

DOMINICAN REPUBLIC MISSION TRIP
March 29-April 6. Please keep the 56 students and family members going on this trip in your prayers. They will be ministering to the people of the DR through medical and eye clinics, church construction, and backyard Bible studies. April 8-12 application packets will be available in the office for students interested in a SGA (Student Government Association) position next year. Elections will be for rising 10th, 11th, and 12th grade officers as well as student body officers.

Campaigning will take place April 15-18.

AP TEST FEES
The $75.00 per course fee collected at the beginning of the year was a course only fee. The $81.00 per test is the amount sent to the AP Board for the cost of the test. For AP Art students, the test is the Portfolio scored by the AP Board. Test fees will be collected after spring break. All test fees must be paid prior to the test being administered.
