- Please contact Mrs.Ott if you missed the March 13 informational meeting.
- Girls can come Monday-Thursday, March 18-21, Mrs. Ott's Room 111, before or after school until 4, to be fitted for the tryout uniform.
- Please bring $25 (make checks payable to FCS) to Mrs. Ott to secure your order. All orders must be turned in by Thursday, March 21 in order to be received for tryouts.
- Parents, your daughter must have an up to date physical on file with FCS athletics to be eligible for tryouts.
- If anything is dropped off in the office in reference to cheerleading please address it to Mrs.Ott.

FELLOWSHIP FUND UPDATE
Parent Participation = 77% (vs. 90%+ goal)
Cash Collected = $393,907 (vs. $600,000 goal)

If you have already contributed - Thank you!! If you have not contributed yet – We need your help! Once we reach 81% parent participation, the school will receive $1,000 from an anonymous donor for every percentage point after that!
Where does the money go? The six components to this year’s fund are Campus Security, Spiritual Development, Technology Tools for Teachers, Fine Arts, Auxiliary Practice Field, and Master Plan & Design.
We plan to complete projects in each of these areas this school year, as the remaining funds are made available. Thank you in advance for helping us reach our goal! Each gift, regardless of the size, will help to complete these projects.
Some specific projects we have been working on in two more of the six areas are:
Technology Tools for Teachers - Improve and complete our wireless network set-up on both school campuses; purchase iPads and relevant apps for our teachers to bring a variety of new and engaging teaching methods to the classroom; purchase large wall-mounted LCD monitors for the Elementary School classrooms for showing video content, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
Fine Arts - Repair stage curtain and backstage walls; improve sound quality of drama productions and school assemblies by installing acoustic wall tiles in Gym 1 and acoustic ceiling tiles in Gym 2; build a prop storage shed; make backstage and dressing room access improvements; purchase new sound and lighting equipment.

Improve critical thinking and problem solving skills! Each contest consists of 5 questions, and students are allotted a maximum of 30 minutes to complete each contest. No sign-ups are required! Contact Terre Hughes in the Guidance Department, terre.hughes@fcspaladins.org or 770.641.6809, to set up an appointment to schedule your student's 9th grade classes. This 30-45 minute meeting, with at least one parent, your student and Mrs. Pridemore (HS Guidance Counselor) can be scheduled for before or after school, during lunch or during an elective period.

Each morning teachers are emailed a daily Absent Report informing them of all absences, late arrivals, and early dismissals for the day. Please email attendance@fcspaladins.org before 9:00 am each day if your child will be absent for any part of the day. For pre-planned absences, please refer to the Polic Guide on the FCS website. Friday, April 12 is the final date to turn in your total for Go hours earned. Students should log GO service hours at mygivingpoint.org, print a copy of the screen reflecting the service and total hours then turn it in to the HS office.
